Abstract	This article will describe an exercise the author uses within the first week (usually the second day) of her Psychology of Women courses in order to (a) quickly introduce basic principles of feminism, (b) dispel some of the myths and stereotypes about feminists, and (c) address some students' fears and misconceptions about feminism and the course. The goal of this exercise is to ease anxieties about the topic and introduce students to the course by demonstrating that most students already, and perhaps unwittingly, endorse feminist beliefs and thus are feminists. Basically, this exercise serves as an interactive exercise requiring students to assess the degree to which they espouse feminist ideals while rejecting the feminist label. Students are led through an "inventory" of feminist and antifeminist beliefs and their scores ultimately align with feminist ideals, pointing out that their rejection of the feminist label is largely based in stereotypes and fear.
