Abstract | Dramaturgy is an expression of how a drama or performance is composed, staged, and how it might involve the audience, or the class, as participators. The idea behind coupling dramaturgy and epistemology is that dramaturgy also expresses a view of knowledge, and that different dramaturgies therefore can be tied to different views of knowledge and learning processes. My main focus in this analysis is to reveal possible divergences in their praxis as a function of the relationship between dramaturgy and epistemology. (Contains 7 notes.) (As Provided). |
