Abstract | Review of research on the preparation of general educators to serve children with disabilities in inclusive settings finds that the traditional approach of including some content related to disabilities has been inadequate. The limited research on the newer trend of unifying preservice training of regular and special educators (especially for the early childhood level) is summarized. (Contains references.) (Author/DB) |
