Abstract | Explains what a personal learning plan means in an undergraduate setting and for professionals, and discusses challenges in professional learning which can mean lifelong learning. Analyzes the stages in the personal learning process and lists learning objectives. Discusses ways of assessing the learning plan at a personal and an impact level.
