Abstract	Advertisements for special-education assistant professors with expertise in severe or multiple disabilities were analyzed for five trends: (1) regular and special-education collaboration; (2) unified teacher-education programs; (3) inclusion expertise; (4) general-education expertise; and (5) collaboration with schools in developing service-delivery programs.
