Abstract | A one-hour videoconference between Miami university students in a German-culture course and international communication students at a German university became a transatlantic class on culture in German-speaking Europe and the U.S. The paper explains course content, student preparation, teacher preparation, conference implementation, student reactions, and costs, noting that students considered it a valuable experience.
