Abstract | Using both quantitative and qualitative research processes, identified and examined differences and similarities in career uncertainty and in levels of involvement in the career development process between declared and undeclared college students. Results suggest that declared students possess higher levels of certainty about their major and career. Other findings are discussed. (RJM) |
