Abstract | Western management literature presents a model of organizational life that may or may not be appropriate in a non-Western business context. A Hong Kong study suggests even students professing to be westernized maintain home cultural attitudes. It is argued that non-Western management teachers have the added responsibility of relating Western management theory and practices to students' cultural framework. (Author/MSE) |
