Abstract | Since the 1960s, the goals of vocational education in developing countries have not been achieved. Present economic conditions and lack of public sector jobs are causing students to reevaluate occupational aspirations. Vocational education needs to be redefined to suit the current socioeconomic context and student needs. (SK) |
