Abstract | The American Bar Association has agreed to change its law school accrediting requirements concerning faculty salaries. The antitrust suit was the first concerning law schools. The bar association also agreed that at least half of accrediting team members must work full time outside legal education. Some are concerned that the changes weaken the accrediting process. (MSE) |
