Abstract | In Los Angeles, a secondary regional occupational program, a community college, and a university department developed an articulated 2+2+2 program in fashion merchandising that opens doors to college degrees for students who would otherwise not participate in college prep. The complexities of negotiating agreements are outweighed by the benefits to students and institutions. (SK) |
