Abstract | Notes that student affairs professionals and faculty are frequently asked to present multicultural workshops on college campuses. Presents the Flexible Workshop Model, a cross-cultural workshop using a flexible time frame so that presentations, ranging from 50 minutes to 3 hours, could be made to any campus organizations for individuals to reap the benefits of multicultural awareness.
