Abstract | Addresses the need for an integrated career-related diagnostic scheme and provides a practical and proven diagnostic system that can be used by career counselors to assess and counsel their clients. Diagnostic scheme presented combines Bordin's (1946) model with Matre and Cooper's (1984) orthogonal dimensions of Decidedness-Undecidedness and Decisiveness-Indecisiveness. Includes four short case studies that illustrate application of scheme. (Author/NB) |
