Abstract | A survey of all Ohio vocational education directors (N=113) and 55 trade and industrial supervisors received 46 and 91 responses, respectively. Respondents indicated that entry-level supervisors needed greatest understanding of the value, importance, and benefits of vocational education; articulation of business needs to vocational education; justification of the costs of vocational education; and integration of academic and vocational education.
