Abstract | Attempted to determine types of resident assistant (RA) burnout among 113 RAs, compared to 113 general students. Results showed that degree of burnout was related to gender, with female RAs showing more emotional exhaustion than male RAs or male or female general students. Findings suggest that personal accomplishment experienced by RAs may decrease effects of other types of burnout. (TE) |
