AbstractEvaluates the effectiveness of instructional materials used in an early childhood teacher education curriculum by analyzing the materials, surveying students' views of human development, and identifying students' goals through the use of observations, questionnaires, and interviews. Asserts that the curriculum components most valuable to students were practicum textbooks, a personal set of goals, and lectures. (MM)
