Abstract | High school vocational agriculture teachers completed a closed-form questionnaire designed to determine their perceptions of the role of selected external factors and programmatic components in program planning. External factors receiving high ratings were teacher quality/retention and funding. Program components of perceived importance include agricultural mechanics and traditional instruction. (CH) |
