Abstract | Describes the interactive computer Project BARN (developed by University of Wisconsin Center for Health Systems Research and Analysis) that provides health information to adolescents practicing high-risk behaviors in sensitive areas of human sexuality, drugs, and cigarette smoking. Poses the question that such interaction could be a compromise between interpersonal and mass communication or a new hybrid of the two. (NKA) |
