Abstract | Data from 70 students in graduate management programs suggest that recruiters' behaviors do not have a consistently strong impact on job applicants' attitudes toward organization or willingness to accept job offers. Suggests that information about the positiveness or negativeness of the job has much greater impact on applicants' willingness to accept job offers than has recruiter's behavior. (Author/ABB) |
