Abstract | A survey of 91 Maryland correctional educators asked questions about experience, education, certification, and beliefs and personal strategies as correctional educators. Results indicate that more effective teachers had completed more courses in educational methodology than peers and were more likely to have updated their skills in the last two years. (Author/CH) |
