Abstract | This study found no significant change in the attitude of preservice agricultural teachers toward themselves as teachers or toward teaching vocational agriculture as a result of early field-based experience. The perceived quality of the field site did affect attitudes moderately, so site selection and preparation of cooperating teachers were deemed important. (SK) |
