Abstract | This study was designed to determine Canadian teachers' perceptions of work related stress and to assess the degree to which these stressors accounted for overall job stress. Results indicated the factors which most contributed to overall job stress were role overload, relationships with students, work load, and relationships with colleagues. (Author/DWH) |
