Abstract | A study was conducted to determine the effects of interracial contact on the productivity of Black faculty members at predominantly White institutions. In addition, the study addressed the role of institutional affiliation in this relationship. Data were gathered for various academic levels including lecturers, assistant professors, associate professors, and full professors. (APM) |
