Abstract | Ethnic minority content as a substantive curriculum area in social work education is discussed. A curriculum model is proposed utilizing the concepts of socialization, pluralism, and sociocultural dissonance with a focus on the presentation of seminal ideas for the development of more definitive models appropriate for other educational situations.
