Abstract | The overwhelming impression from the responses of students interviewed was that, in cases where the school was engaged in multicultural or ethnic-group activities, and where minority students had a chance to assume leadership roles, racism became a nonissue. Similarly, teachers in those schools appeared better able to relate to different groups. (Author/MC) |
