Abstract | Reported is a study that sought to develop a need-identification process that would identify the educational needs of practicing pharmacists, provide a field test, and determine if selected variables affect these needs. Taxonomies of educational objectives and need identification test forms for community and hospital pharmacists are appended. (JMD) |
