Abstract | Four dimensions can be used for classifying the issues involved in moving from youth to adulthood and from school to work. These include, but are not necessarily limited to the technical-social continuum, the individualism-altruism continuum, the conservative-liberal continuum, and the centralism-decentralism continuum.
