Abstract | Despite intersectional barriers to accessing and navigating institutions of higher education, Latine college student enrollment and attainment rates are increasing. This critical quantitative study employed Community Cultural Wealth framework to identify connections between cultural coping strategies and resilience among 143 Latine students at a Predominantly White Institution. Using the newly developed Cultural Wealth Coping Scale, this study revealed that linguistic capital and cognitive resilience capital promote resilience. Recommendations for future research and practice are provided. (As Provided). |
