Abstract | What are the negative effects that a crisis has on educator efficacy? Researchers Katie Egan Cunningham and Alexandra Pfleging sought to find that answer, looking at the effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on teachers' effectiveness, well-being, confidence, and efficacy. They discuss the role school leaders can play in developing and cultivating a "crisis efficacy" in educators to help them thrive even in challenging conditions. (As Provided). |
