Abstract | The individuals involved in the Professional Development Schools (PDS) partnership between Salisbury University (SU) and Wicomico County Public Schools (WCPS) share more about the work that led the National Association for Professional Development Schools (NAPDS) to honor this partnership with a NAPDS Award for Exemplary PDS Achievement in 2021. All PDS stakeholders in the SU-WCPS partnership share a sincere commitment to preparing the next generation of teachers and enhancing the learning of P-12 students through shared resources, supporting each other's initiatives, and unique opportunities for teacher candidates and interns.
