Abstract | Attracting the best students into universities is a policy agenda driven by the state and universities in Estonia and Denmark. While the policy of internationalization of higher education (IoHE) in Estonia and Denmark is well crafted in the policy and academic domains, the value additions international graduates add to the learning environments and cultures are hardly explored. This study aims at describing the value added through IoHE in Estonia and Denmark. The study revealed that international graduates bring diversity into the learning environment which promotes teaching, learning and tolerance of other cultures. (As Provided). |
