Abstract | Weaknesses of early social work education programs in gerontology and determinants of social workers' ambivalence are analyzed and a new curriculum framework is proposed that would be sensitive to intergenerational transactions and quality-of-life factors. It would be community-based and focus attention on the middle years. (Editor/JT) |
