Abstract | This study explores the macro education policy design on the vocational education system for the new generation of migrant workers in China. The content system of vocational education, the certification system of vocational education, the supporting system of vocational education, and the governance system of vocational education are comprehensively proposed to investigate the contemporary macro-level educational policy design for constructing the sustainable vocational education ecosystem of the new generation of migrant workers. All these four sub-systems are systematically intercorrelated to conceptualize the framework of macro education policy design. In addition, the conclusions and remarks are also offered, contextually.
