Abstract | The need to solve the challenges associated with educating millions of child refugees is critical. Provision of education in emergencies is a basic human right and also must meet the very specific needs of children who have experienced conflict or natural disasters. This article proposes ways in which Education Diplomacy can garner support, leverage partnerships, and shepherd cooperative humanitarian response to ensure the most vulnerable children are able to meet their potential.
