| Abstract | The purpose of the study is to identify the extent of ICT application in management of administrative and student personnel record in the public universities in Enugu state. The study was a survey research the quantitative data were collected through a 20-item questionnaire title "Extent of ICT Application in Record management" (EIAMASPR). This was administered on a sample size of 605 respondents made up of university academic staff and senior Administrative staff. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and t-test statistics on a modified 4-point rating scale. Findings of the study revealed among others that Information Communication Technology (ICT) are not adequately applied in the management of both administrative and student personnel record in the Universities in Nigeria. The study recommended that the use of ICT in record management should be enhanced in order to achieve effective school management. (As Provided). |
