AbstractThis research uses relational survey method to determine the relationship between professional learning community, bureaucratic structure and organisational trust according to the perceptions of teachers who work in primary education schools. Data were collected from 805 teachers who work in primary education schools in the districts (Altindag, Çankaya, Gölbasi, Keçiören, Mamak, Yenimahalle ve Pursaklar) of Ankara. The Professional Learning Community scale, the Enabling School Structure scale and the Omnibus T-scale were used to collect data. Descriptive statistics, Pearson moment-product correlation and multiple and hierarchical linear regression analysis were applied to analyse the data. Research results indicated that relationships exist between professional learning community, bureaucratic structure and organisational trust. Moreover, organisational trust is a partial mediating variable in the relationship between professional learning community and bureaucratic structure. (As Provided).
