Abstract | Providing cost efficient, yet effective, student services, including career services, is a critical component in higher education. Career services must include the perspectives of the 21st-century work place. We advocate for the delivery of career development services in a group format using a narrative approach to career counseling with college students. Using career construction theory, we provide a framework for the Life Design Group and illustrate its use through a case vignette. (As Provided). |
