Abstract | The present study aimed to identify the extent of knowledge of counselor behavior modification strategies. The current study sample consisted of (80) mentor and guide, were selected randomly from among all workers enrolled in regular public schools in the Balqa governorate represented the community study for the academic year 2012-2013. The study tools consisted of the test include (48) paragraph of multiple choice type in the form of questions in the field of behaviors' modification strategies. The results of study findings with respect to the question nr.1 that there is a high level of knowledge in the behavior modification counselors, the result of the study finding with respect to the question nr.2 to the absence of statistically significant differences for the degree of knowledge strategies to modify the behavior attributed to the sex, the results showed statistically significant differences for the variable years of experience for the benefit of ten years and more.
