Abstract	The "IDRA Newsletter" serves as a vehicle for communication with educators, school board members, decision-makers, parents, and the general public concerning the educational needs of all children across the United States. The focus of this issue is "State Education Policy Impact." Contents include: (1) Texas Legislature Fails to Address the Needs of Texas Students and Teachers (Chloe Latham Sikes and Paige Duggins-Clay); (2) Coalition in Georgia Pushes for Culturally Sustaining Education (Thomas Marshall, III); (3) Lawmakers Refuse to Adopt School Vouchers, for Now (Diana Long); (4) Major Changes Ahead for Texas Future College Students (Steve Kemgang); and (5) Texas Prioritizes Hardening Measures Over Preventative Practices (Alisha Tuff).
