| Abstract | The Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) helps improve access to postsecondary education through the Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP). The MSEP serves as the Midwest's largest multi-state tuition reciprocity program. Nearly 100 colleges and universities in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wisconsin have opened their doors to each other's citizens at more affordable rates. This report offers a snapshot of the following statistics: (1) Enrollment; (2) Student Characteristics; (3) Tuition Savings; (4) Detailed MSEP Enrollment by Home State of Residence; and (5) Degree Program Participation. (ERIC). |
