Abstract	The purpose of this research study was to examine and understand the educational aspiration-attainment gap of Chamorro males in the higher education landscape. The current study employed a qualitative approach using a collective case study of 10 Chamorro males who have attended the University of Guam for at least one semester without completing a degree program. The use of a demographic questionnaire and in-depth interviews were the means for the collection of data. The educational experiences of Chamorro males in higher education were expounded and explained in the responses and stories of individual participants. The findings in this research study furnish a better understanding of the barriers impeding young Chamorro men from completing a college degree and what can be done to close the aspiration-attainment gap within the higher education setting. Recommendations for further research are similar studies that can be conducted with Chamorro female students in higher education and males in other educational institutions in Guam, the Northern Marianas Islands, and Micronesia to better understand and close the educational aspiration-attainment gaps for higher learning in the region.
