Abstract | This publication describes the methods and procedures used in the 2008/12 Baccalaureate and Beyond Longitudinal Study (B&B:08/12). These graduates, who completed the requirements for a bachelor's degree during the 2007-08 academic year, were first interviewed as part of the 2008 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSAS:08), and then followed up in 2009 as part of B&B:08/09. B&B:08/12 is the second follow-up interview of this cohort. This report details the methodology and outcomes of the B&B:08/12 student interview data collection and administrative records matching. Appendixes include: (1) Technical Review Panel; (2) Data Elements; (3) Field Test Report; (4) Data Collection Methods; (5) Training Materials; (6) Facsimiles; (7) Imputations; (8) Analysis Variables; (9) Design Effects; and (10) Nonresponse Bias Analysis.
