Abstract | This paper aims to describe, discuss and reflect the use of PLGs (professional learning groups) in higher education as a practice for enhancing student learning and team building. It will use theories supporting group-learning processes, explore optimal social contexts that enhance team collaboration, and reflect on the practice of PLG. The strength and weaknesses of the PLG practices will be shared. (Contains 1 table and 1 figure.) (As Provided). |
