Abstract	This document supports the report "A Study in Difference: Structures and Cultures in Registered Training Organisations." The first section outlines the methodology used to undertake the research and covers the design of the research, sample details, the data collection process and the strategy for data analysis and reporting. The limitations of the study are also set out. The materials included in the second section formed the basis for data collection during the conduct of the study.
