Abstract	Drawing from the experiences of successful businesses and business leaders, this book offers a different look at school leadership. It is intended to be a hands-on guide for school officials by offering perspectives on what it takes to be an effective leader in today's schools. Its concepts and recommendations represent a combination of the best thinking from successful schools with ideas taken directly from successful businesses and other public and private organizations.
