Abstract	This subcommittee report to the 105th meeting of the United States Congress was prepared to help enact legislation that will help prevent and reduce juvenile crime. The hearing determined that there is a problem in our society with children killing children; this problem is not limited to the inner cities; the majority of violence occurs among friends; and schools and society are poorly prepared to deal with the problem of school violence.
