| Abstract | This Read*Write*Now! activity poster presents, on one side, a colorful image encouraging children to share the fun of reading and writing, and, on the other side, 6 activity sheets offering fun and challenging ideas for adults' reading time with children. The activities are designed to expand a child's interest in and enthusiasm for reading and writing while also helping to improve these skills. In addition to the activities, there is a brief description of the America Reads Challenge and a certificate that can be presented to readers who have reached their reading and writing goals. (RS) |
