| Abstract | This report reviews the 1991-92 activities of Quebec's Council of Colleges and its commissions on evaluation and vocational education. Part 1 focuses on the Council of Colleges and its mandate, composition, internal organization, activities, meetings, consultations, nominations to the Council and its commissions, advisory and research reports, communications, and plan of action for 1991-92. Parts 2 and 3 deal with the two commissions, providing for each information on their mandates, composition, activities, meetings, priorities, and plan of action, and advisory reports. The section dealing with the Commission on Evaluation also includes information on reports submitted to the Council of Colleges and research activities. Appendixes provide brief summaries of Council reports on articulation between secondary and postsecondary vocational education, requests for program authorization in 1992-93, new and revised programs, modifications in regulations concerning instruction, new diplomas for specialized training, collegiate instruction, institutional policies on the evaluation of learning, and equivalents to Quebec's public sub-baccalaureate programs in other countries.
