| Abstract | This guide provides descriptions of over 900 summer academic and language study-abroad programs in 80 countries that range from 1-week language study courses to full-summer university programs. An introductory section provides general information on study abroad programs and the use of the guide. The bulk of the guide consists of individual program descriptions, arranged geographically by country and city. Each listing provides information on program sponsor and name, academic focus, venue, dates, eligibility requirements, details, housing, schedule, costs, and contact point. Twenty-eight multi-country programs are also listed. Programs are indexed by field of study, program sponsor, host institution, and internship availability. (MDM) |
