Abstract | The Major Project in the Field of Education in Latin America and the Caribbean has been undertaken by the governments of the countries of this region to foster educational development and to meet unsatisfied basic educational needs such that the individual efforts of each country may benefit from regional international cooperation. This bulletin, highlights activities concerning the Major Project and development in education in the region.
